XPark live at the Courtyard Building in Utrecht

XPark has equipped the shared parking garage of the Courtyard Building on the Orteliuslaan in Utrecht with its smart parking solution. For property manager SquarFour and its tenants, XPark’s parking system solves the well-known parking problems. Every tenant in the Courtyard Building can, from now on manage their own rented parking spaces via a user-friendly web application. It is also easy to reserve parking spaces for employees and visitors.

The underground parking lot is equipped with two separate entrance/exit lanes by means of barriers and speed gates. Through license plate registration, employees of the various receptions and their visitors are given access to the corresponding parking facilities. The new parking system is now live! Through this appropriate parking solution, the different user groups are all neatly served.

XPark’s user-friendly and cloud-based web application again enables efficient management of the parking lot and provides real-time insight into parking movements in the parking lot.

Improper use is excluded and management with XPark can also be carried out decentrally by all tenants for their own rented number of parking spaces.
We also create additional hospitality for all employees and their visitors here with XPark, because parking spaces can easily be reserved in advance! The known parker is neatly welcomed by name and the corresponding location via the touch screen on the sign-in column.
